This website is meant to connect local employers with the thousands of job seekers available through the County of Fresno Department of Social Services (DSS) and inform both employer and job seeker about the various hiring incentives many participating job seekers may qualify potential employers for such as the New Employment Opportunity (NEO) program. Employers are given the ability to post vacant job orders on the site and automatically be connected with qualified job seekers from the DSS pool. This system will also assist employers to connect with a DSS Job Developer representative to receive ongoing assistance in their job search.

For job seekers, this website will provide an easy way to be connected with employment opportunities in their own communities based on their experience and professional goals. They will have the ability to search through available jobs and conduct any necessary job searching activity. Additionally, this website will give participating employers the ability to provide valuable feedback to DSS regarding the hiring process of specific DSS job seekers. Lastly, this system gives DSS the ability to run real time reports on job seeker activity, occupations in high demand, training needs for their job seeker population, and will automate many necessary processes saving DSS staff, employers, and job seekers, time and money.
